Digital Nomads France: Visas and Insurance
Ensuring you have the correct visa to live and work in France is essential, and I highly recommend Fabien and his team at FAB.
France doesn’t have a specific digital nomad visa, BUT there are several alternative options, and Fabien will make sure you have the right visa for your personal circumstances.
And, he’s there to make sure every ‘I’ is dotted and ‘T’ crossed so it all goes smoothly.
As for insurance, you will need health insurance if you plan to stay in France for more than three months.
Our ‘go to’ for ALL things insurance for digital nomads is Safetywing. They are affordable, and their service is excellent.
So why is France the go-to destination for digital nomads this winter?
I’ll tell you why, because the well-connected transport system and strong, digital infrastructure across the country simplify travel and remote working. Even in my part of rural France, I have fibre with fast, reliable internet. I didn’t get that in major cities in the UK.
Whether it’s the cultural richness of cities like Paris and Lyon, the Mediterranean allure of Montpellier, the historic beauty of Bordeaux, or the alpine majesty of Chamonix, each region presents its own unique set of attractions and experiences.
France’s rich historical and cultural heritage, combined with its modern amenities, make it a top choice for digital nomads seeking an enriching and balanced lifestyle this winter.
